Description: 1974 Dodge Dart Swinger

***I had many folks ask for more photos, so here they are. As mentioned before it is a rust bucket and the trunk is partially rusted through as you can see, so it will need a lot of work to restore the body. If you know someone who is a mechanic or a body work specialist, I think this is a good project as the engine is running strong and everything else works – lights, breaks, windows and even the AM radio works…but it does need new door locks***

We bought this car in 1996. We’ve taken it on many camping trips and up and down the coast…good times were had. BUT almost 20 years later, we have become dull old folks and the time has come to part with the old Swinger. It’s been collecting dust and rust in our driveway and the wife is getting really tired of it.

It is a MOPAR (More Old Parts And Rust) and of course it needs work…but the V8 318 engine was rebuilt in 98 and it still does PURR! If you’re a mechanic or know someone who can help you restore it, this could become a great hot rod again.
