I have a 1974 Dodge Dart Swinger special edition with a 5.2 L 318 small block engine.
It does not start but tries to turn over.
Has a new distributor, gas tank, fuel pump, and Battery.
Retires don’t hold air for very long maybe a day just sitting so I would recommend that it is towed away.
It is an automatic car. It was originally a vinyl top car.
There is rust on the rear quarter panels and on the roof.
