Vehicle Details
1972 Dodge Dart Swinger. 225 Slant 6 1-1BBL 6 Cylinder “RG” engine. Automatic Transmission. 59k original miles. Was a 1 owner car up until this year.
The interior is nearly mint for the age and being all original minus some cosmetic imperfections. The car Starts and moves. It has a brand new battery, fresh oil change, the tires still have the nipples on them. All the brakes were done about 6k miles ago.
The Brake pedal goes to the floor from a brake line leak and won’t stop. Id recommend having all the brake lines and brake master cylinder done for peace of mind. It will need towed or trailered. I have a New Fuel tank, Sending Unit, Tank Straps Filler Neck Grommet Seal & Fuel Filter that need installed. I currently have it running off a gas jug.
I also have New Ignition Coil, Ignition Module, Ballast Resistor, Ignition Switch, Voltage Regulator, Starter Relay, Distributor Cap and rotor that need installed we will include in the trunk. Currently to start the car they have a jumper wire going from battery positive to the ballast resistor. We was going to replace everything common and known on these cars for peace of mind. So we will include what we have in the trunk of the car.
The Vehicle would make a nice driver with some TLC. It is not perfect it has rust/rot all over, faded paint, old body work cracking, dings, dents scratches, The old vinyl top we started removing and is almost all off. It would be a really nice car after a full restoration addressing all the issues. It has a Clean Title.
