Selling my 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger.
It’s had a low mileage 5.2L 318 Magnum small block V8 swapped in, along with a 904 automatic 3-speed transmission. Brakes redone. The Magnum has been converted to carb with
the Edelbrock 7577 dual plane AirGap intake, resealed with new gaskets, oil pump, etc, has a tuned 750cfm Holley 4bbl double pumper carburetor. Still needs some work before
being road worthy, currently yard drives and sounds MEAN with these headers, straight 2.5 inch pipes going into cheery bomb glass packs. Interior is in decent shape aside from the
south east asia factree dash after 50 years, and front bench seat. Needs some trunk pan portions, mainly the spare tire well (bad cut out) due to either rear window seal being old (typical for this body style) or trunk seal, then needs gas tank installed, or do a custom fuel cell, and needs new front brake drums (included) since the old are scored. Converted to Mopar electronic ignition (all new), new champion 3 core aluminum radiator, new fluids, new electric fuel pump installed in the back (temporary fuel pump up front), will run off of external fuel source, new summit ceramic 3 inch headers, new motor mounts, new Lokar throttle and kickdown cables installed, new tie rod ends, plus more.. LED projector headlights installed with new hardware. Have a set of some decent 14” tires to swap on in place of the old. 7.25 rear end with factory 3.23 gears, ran and drove great with the original slant six drivetrain! Swapped LA V8 accessories pullies on the small block magnum in favor for a more classic look. Mostly a solid and straight car, just some rust in the usual areas, lower quarters, trunk, passenger fender top, someone left a rag on it for a long time (patch panel included). Wiring is perfectly intact. Factory build sheet very well intact, same for
fender tag, clean title in my name. Put a lot of hours into this ride and hate to see it go, but just got too many projects and need to let this Dart go to a new owner to be finished, rather than let it sit, a ton of the hard work has already been done.
